We recognize that having your vehicle towed is a significant inconvenience and material expense. We would like to help you reclaim your vehicle as easily as possible. Hopefully the listing of the required items will make this a better experience for you.

• The sign posted at the property from where your vehicle was removed has the address where your vehicle is located. We encourage you to contact us and be sure that you come prepared to ensure all requirements are fulfilled so we can release the vehicle without complication. • To reclaim the vehicle, the person reclaiming must have proof of ownership.  The person reclaiming the vehicle must provide us with a state issued identification that matches the person reclaiming the vehicle.
• Acceptable forms of payment are U.S. Currency Cash, VISA & MASTERCARD.  These cards may be either Credit or Debit. If a Credit or Debit card is used, the owner of the card must be present and be able to provide us with a state issued identification that matches the Credit or Debit card and the person using the card.
• The fees are structured by vehicle weight and type. The fees are labeled on the sign that is posted at the property from where your vehicle was removed. Vehicle Reclaiming

Authorized Towing facilities are conveniently open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, we never close. Our staff is bilingual and professionally trained to understand and empathize with the vehicle owner. Our facilities are well lit, fenced, and under video surveillance with audio recording. Vehicle owners are provided the opportunity to view images of their vehicles before the removal service in order to document and justify the reason for the removal.
