Authorized Towing takes responsibility for our actions so if we damaged your vehicle, we will repair the damages or pay to have the damages repaired. If you believe we damaged your vehicle, please immediately bring it to the attention of our vehicle release personnel.
We will provide you an opportunity to view available documentation of either photos and or video to quickly clarify the situation. If you are not satisfied after viewing our documentation, you can then be provided a Damage Claim form to provide you the opportunity to describe the alleged damage. You will be asked to affirm your claim under penalty of perjury that you believe Authorized Towing damaged your vehicle and that the alleged damage was not pre-existing. Your form is then given to a manager for review and we will contact you with our findings and to discuss the next steps to resolve the matter.
